End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Licensee") and CodeByTwo Limited (the "Licensor" or "Company") governing the use of the TenantWise software product (the "Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not install or use the Software.

Lets keep it simple

By using TenantWise, you are granted permission to access your rental agreements and services enabled by your housing provider. However, you must not modify, copy, or distribute the software, and you are not allowed to try to figure out how it works behind the scenes.

The legal bit

License Grant

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for the purpose of accessing rent accounts and related services, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Licensee shall not modify, copy, or distribute the Software, in whole or in part. The Licensee shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. The Licensee shall not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software. The Licensee shall not use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Ownership

The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights associated with it. If the Licensee provides any feedback or suggestions regarding the Software, the Licensee hereby grants the Licensor a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such feedback for any purpose.

Privacy and Data

The Software may collect and process personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy policy. By using the Software, the Licensee consents to such collection and processing of personal data.
